Features on Every Trolley
- Brand New Trolleys - Our trolleys are 2004 and 2005 Trolleys with low -mileage. We only have new trolleys, not "newer" or "refurbished". We won't show you a new unit and show up in an old one - all of our trolleys are new 2004 and 2005 units.
- Impeccably clean units - We do not service bachelor or bachlorette parties or pub-crawls. That means we're not out until the wee hours the night before and your trolley won't smell like a bar bash the day of your important event.
We guarantee that your trolley will be as clean, fresh and shiny as possible. We take extreme pride in the cleanliness and excellent condition of our units. We guarantee we are the cleanest, well-groomed, professional vehicles out on the road today. The owner performs a detailed inspection of each vehicle before it pulls out of our lot.
- No Tacky Commercial Advertising on the Inside or Outside of Our Trolleys
- State of the Art Technology - Global Positioning Systems ("GPS") - Our trolleys are not only the most beautiful and professional units on the road, we have the most current state-of-the-art technology on board. Each trolley has a GPS, global positioning system, on board piloted by your conductor to provide turn-by-turn directions. The entire day's itinerary will be pre-programmed so none of your contract time is wasted on wrong turns or incomplete directions. Just one more feature to help reduce stress from your day! All we need are the addresses, zip codes and times for your itinerary and we will do the rest. You won't need to plan out the routes or provide detailed directions.
- Corporate Event Planners - you can ensure your boss that your VIP's will be impressed by our first rate company. We understand that time is money to business people - we won't waste your guests' time while they are on board Elegant Trolleys!
- Authentic San Francisco Style Trolley - Our Trolleys are "true trolleys" with a two-tiered roof and cupola. This allows the sun to shine in for a brighter interior. Most other trolleys are just buses converted to resemble a trolley - not Elegant Trolleys!
- Authentic Uniformed Professional Conductor - Our trolley conductors are always prompt and courteous and attentive to your needs. Our conductors have many years of experience in the customer service and transportation business. Each conductor has a "CDL - PT" license, regulated by the State of Illinois (Commercial Drivers License - Public Transportation). They are highly skilled, insured and have passed drug tests. Your safety is as equally important to them as your satisfaction. They receive one-on-one training from the owner to ensure that the service you receive meets our strict standards and that you and your guests are safe while on board.
- No extra charges for additional stops - Give your VIP's a scenic tour without worrying about the corporate budget! We'll take you guests where you want them to go regardless of the number of locations or stops along the way - AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
- The clock does not start until we arrive at your first location - Unlike some of the competition, who use "port-to-port" terms, we do not start the service clock until we arrive at your first location. What that means is that you won't use your contract time for our commute. You won't pay extra for heavy traffic or other delays.
- We Cater to you and your guests' every need - It is our company policy that we never leave your VIP guests stranded or in need of alternative transportation. If a VIP guest wants to get off the trolley for a drink or other event, we will wait on stand by at a nearby location. If your VIP guest wants to leave the event early, we are there to drive them back to where they need to go. Your VIP's are as important to us as they are to you.
- No hidden or back end charges with Elegant Trolleys - Call Mike for a complete and all-inclusive quote. We are up front and honest with you. The contract price Mike quotes will include all taxes and surcharges. There are no surprises or hidden costs.
- One Corporate Event Per Trolley, Per Day Bookings - We only book one corporate event per day, per trolley, which means we are 100% completely focused and dedicated to you, your guests and your event. We won't rush your service or leave your VIP's without a ride back to their location. Unlike other companies, we are not thinking about our next event while we are at your service.
- We currently have a fleet of 3 brand new trolleys - We can provide a continuous "loop" service between the pick-up and drop-off locations so we can transport more guests, while saving you money. Ask Mike for more details 1.815.464.5470.
- Corporate Event planners - we understand that your job and reputation are on the line when you are planning a VIP corporate event. We understand that and we treat your guests accordingly. We want you to be proud you choose Elegant Trolleys and we will do what it takes to make your boss and your organization proud too!
- Continuous Service for 3 or More Hours - We offer corporate event packages at a rate of $200 per hour for the first three hours, plus location fee, plus gratuity of 15%. We offer extended trolley service at an additional charge of $115 per 1/2 hour, plus gratuity of 15%. See below for an example of our all-inclusive pricing for a 3 continuous - hour corporate event in the downtown Chicago area.
- The Red Carpet Treatment - Your guests will be greeted by a friendly uniformed conductor awaiting them as they board the trolley with a red carpet entrance.
- Outdoor Politician's Platform - This provides your guest with an outside location to smoke without inconveniencing the other guests.
- Chilled Refreshments - Quench everyone's thirst and sit back and enjoy the ride with a stocked and iced bar that includes water and sodas. Feel free to bring along your cooler and alcoholic beverages.
- Plentiful Waterfall Style Seating - Our trolleys will comfortably seat 22 - 200 lbs. adults. The reason we describe it like this is because if you picture your largest guest and multiply him by 22 you can envision that there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the ride. Our trolley seating is a mixture of forward facing and perimeter seating to create a relaxed, social atmosphere.
- Always Comfortably Air Conditioned and/or Heated.
- Surround Sound 6-Speaker Stereo System - Listen to your favorite or theme music on our state-of-the-art 6-speaker stereo system. Use the CD player, iPod Adaptor, PA system or AM/FM Radio.
- Most Prestigious, Elegant, Upscale Trolley Available in the Chicagoland Area - Our Trolleys have oak interior with beautiful brass accents and railings. The trolleys have exterior dome lighting for added evening ambience.
- Elegant Trolleys is a family owned and operated business - Our ultimate goal is your event satisfaction. We do not schedule events back-to-back. You will never need alternate transportation if your event runs a little longer than planned, we'll be there when you're finished. We cater to your event needs. Your event is as important to us as it is to you.

Additional time is available at a rate of $115 per 1/2 hour, per trolley.
(*) = The Location Fee is a one-time fixed fee, based on how far the Trolley has to travel between Tinley Park and your initial location (and back to Tinley Park). The fee covers our commuting costs. $240 is the fee charged for a downtown Chicago event.
