Features on Every Trolley Departure...
Continuous Service for 3 hours or 4 hours - Need More Time? No problem - We offer extended trolley service at an additional charge. We only book one event per trolley, per day so we are 100% focused on your event and have the entire day at your service.
Impeccably clean units
We do not service bachelor or bachelorette parties or pub-crawls. That means we're not out until the wee hours the morning of your wedding and your trolley won't smell like a bar bash the day of your event.
Authentic Uniformed, True Professional Conductor
Our trolley conductors are always prompt and courteous and attentive to your needs. Our conductors have many years of experience in the customer service and transportation business. Each conductor has a "CDL - PT" license, regulated by the State of Illinois (Commercial Drivers License - Public Transportation). They are highly skilled, insured and have passed a written and road driving test, as well as drug tests and a physical exam. Your safety is as equally important to them as your satisfaction. They receive one-on-one training from the owner to ensure that the service you receive meets our strict standards and that you and your guests are safe while on board.
The Red Carpet Grand Entrance
Brides & Grooms - after the ceremony, you and your bridal party will be greeted by a courteous, uniformed professional conductor awaiting as you grandly walk down the red carpet towards your elegant trolley.
Corporate Event Coordinators - your guests will be greeted by a courteous, uniformed, professional conductor and a red carpet entrance into a beautiful and impeccably clean, comfortable trolley.
No Tacky Commercial Advertising on the Inside or Outside of Our Trolleys
Outside Platform - accessible from the inside of the trolley
Brides & Grooms - See and be Seen from this custom designed feature! The new bride and groom can use this platform for unique photo opportunities. You can also wave from the platform to your family and friends as you depart the ceremony. Most photographers have suggested this picture as the cover for the wedding album.
Corporate Event Coordinators - this outdoor politician's platform provides an ideal location for your guest to smoke and site-see while not inconveniencing the other guests. It also provides the opportunity for your guests to grab a glimpse of our beautiful city and its unique architecture.
Authentic San Francisco Style Trolley
Our Trolleys are "true trolleys" with a two-tiered roof and cupola. This allows the sun to shine in for a brighter interior. Most other trolleys are just buses converted to resemble a trolley - not Elegant Trolleys!
Chilled Refreshments
Quench everyone's thirst while you enjoy the ride. We provide a on-board bar stocked with ice, soda and bottled water. Feel free to bring your own coolers with alcoholic beverages on board the trolley.

Plentiful Waterfall Style Seating
Our trolleys will comfortably seat 22 - 200 lbs. adults. The reason we describe it like this is because if you picture your largest groomsmen or guest and multiply him by 22 you can envision that there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the ride comfortably. Our trolley seating is a mixture of forward facing and perimeter seating to create a relaxed, social atmosphere. Brides - Our perimeter seating was custom designed with you and your dress in mind. We've reserved 2 seats just for your dress! It's extra roomy so your dress won't get wrinkled or ripped. Our entrance door was designed to be extra wide so your dress won't get snagged or ripped.
Wrinkled Gowns and Bad Hair Days are Out!
Our trolleys were custom designed with brides in mind. You don't want to hike-up, sit-on or scrunch-up your wedding dress while getting in to or out of your transportation. The trolley was designed to accommodate large dresses and makes it comfortable to sit without getting wrinkles in your wedding gown. The trolley has an 8 foot ceiling and an extra wide entrance door so you won't rip your dress or ruin your hair on the way in or out. No bad hair days with Elegant Trolleys! Your Tiara or headpiece will stay in place because there is ample head room.
Full Makeup Mirror. Ladies, we've got you covered!
We have a makeup mirror on each trolley for a "final makeup check" on your way out of the trolley.
Always Comfortably Air Conditioned and or Heated
Our trolleys are fully enclosed with glass windows. No one will arrive wind blown. We can accommodate all weather conditions to ensure everyone remains cool and comfortable. In the event of rain, you and your guests will be escorted off the trolley by the conductor, who will provide cover from the rain through the use of his oversized umbrella. We've thought of everything for you!
Surround Sound 6-Speaker Stereo System
Listen to your favorite or theme music on our state-of-the-art 6-speaker stereo system. Use the CD player, PA system or AM/FM radio to entertain your party.
iPod and Nano compatible.
Individual Cup Holders - A cup holder for each guest, built into the wall. No spills along the way!
Individual Floral Bouquet Holders
A custom designed floral bouquet holder is attached to the wall of the trolley (one for the bride and one for each bridesmaid), so your beautiful (and costly) flowers won't get crushed, sat on or damaged while traveling on our trolleys!
Most Prestigious, Elegant, Upscale Trolley Available in the Chicagoland Area - Our Trolleys have oak interior with beautiful brass accents and railings. The trolleys have exterior dome roof lighting for added evening ambience.
State of the Art Technology - Global Positioning Systems ("GPS")
Our trolleys are not only the most beautiful and professional units on the road, we have the most current state-of-the-art technology on board. This feature is standard on every trolley - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Each trolley has a GPS, global positioning system, on board piloted by your conductor to provide turn-by-turn directions. The entire day's itinerary will be preprogrammed so none of your contract time is wasted on wrong turns or incomplete directions. Just one more feature to help reduce stress from your day!
All we need are the addresses and times for your itinerary and we will do the rest. You won't need to plan out the routes or provide detailed directions.

The clock does not start until we arrive at your first location
Unlike some of the competitors that use "port-to-port" terms, we do not start the service clock until we arrive at your first location. What that means is that you won't use your contract time for our commute. You won't pay extra for heavy traffic or other delays. You will be able to use your contracted time as you planned.
No hidden or back end charges with Elegant Trolleys
