Hello and Congratulations!
Thank you for taking the time to review our company website and for considering using Elegant Trolleys' services for your upcoming special event! My name is Mike Small. My wife, Phyllis and I began Elegant Trolleys in May 2004.
We fully understand that we are possibly participating in the biggest day of your life, your wedding day, or we are part of a VIP corporate event of the year. We recognize this privilege and we will treat you and your guests accordingly by providing unique, impecciably clean vehicles and unique service that most definitely compliments your event.
I believe that in business there are two markets, volume and quality, and that it's almost impossible to be in both. In the transportation industry, volume means focusing on doing as many jobs as one company can do in a 24-hour period. That is not the market Elegant Trolleys is after. We literally pass up thousands of dollars of work per year by choosing not to operate in the volume market. People call daily asking us to squeeze them in before or after another wedding or corporate event we are already committed to service. We absolutely do not do that. If we have one event booked for a day, we mark that day as sold out - regardless of whether the event is a four-hour event or a seven-hour event. One customer per day, per trolley, so we are 100% focused on your event, just like you are - no exceptions!
As founder and owner, I promise you two things. One, we will always do what we promise and two, we will always exceed your expectations by doing more than we promised.
When making your important choice for transportation for your wedding or special event, remember this. On a typical wedding, the transportation service company starts your day with the wedding party at 12:00 noon for the ceremony pick up and has a final drop off usually at 6:00 p.m. for a reception, which ends at 12:00 midnight. So out of a twelve-hour wedding day, you, your family and your friends will be spending the first six hours of your big day with a transportation service company. That's 50% of the most important day of your life! At Elegant Trolleys, we fully understand that we are a big part of your once in a lifetime special day.
